All were converted to a DVD bit rate best suited to their original form for maximum quality

and may have be edited down from their original form.

Including several of the best audience shot footage mostly from uncompressed sources.

A large number of the clips, however, are my own captures from UK TV. (marked *)

Both discs are fully authored with menus divided into the various Billy's complete with audio.
